Cold rolling mill

This two roller continuous rolling mill is used for continuous cold rolling of copper rods.The rolls of this mill adopt short cantilever support and can be quickly replaced.The transmission system and bearings are lubricated by pressure oil,copper rods are cooled by emulsion,and it is assured that lubricating oil and cooling emulsion are completely separated.This equipment is reliable and low on maintenance cost. The line is composed of main motor, reducer box, rolling mechanism frames, thin-oil lubrication system, emulsion system, and take-up unit.
